Arkansas patients spent more than $22.7 million on medical marijuana in September, purchasing more than 6,300 pounds of product across the state, according to the Department of Finance and Administration.
The Arkansas Department of Health reported 112,760 active patient cards as of early November, reflecting steady participation in the state’s medical marijuana program.
Suite 443 in Hot Springs recorded the highest sales for the month, with patients purchasing 737.54 pounds. Natural Relief Dispensary in Sherwood followed with 627.77 pounds sold, and Custom Cannabis in Alexander ranked third with 386.24 pounds.
Since medical marijuana sales began in 2019, Arkansas patients have spent more than $1 billion through the state’s licensed dispensaries. Officials said sales remain consistent as more patients renew or apply for medical cards.
