Kenneth A. Francis Sr., 75, of Timbo, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025, at Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 23, 1950, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Robert and Hazel (Clark) Francis.

Kenneth was a Christian and of the Mormon and Baptist faiths. Family was always his highest priority. He dearly loved and cherished his wife, Annette, and no matter how tough times became, Kenneth always made sure his family never went without.

He worked for more than thirty years as a Master Welder before his first retirement. Later, he began a second career in real estate, where he worked in appraisals for over six years. After retiring once more, Kenneth moved to his beloved mountain home in Timbo, Arkansas.

Kenneth had a God-given talent for envisioning a project and bringing it to life without ever needing blueprints. He loved working with wood and metal, and his creations were truly one of a kind. He enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and being around animals. Kenneth was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of forty-seven years, Annette (Whitley) Francis; his three sons, Joel Francis of Coushatta, Louisiana, Karl Francis Sr. of Boca Raton, Florida, and Kenneth Francis Jr. of Timbo, Arkansas; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild expected in December. He is also survived by his devoted personal care aide, Michelle Reynolds, who went above and beyond in caring for him, as well as by other relatives and many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Hazel Francis, and one sister, Teresa Francis.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Brother Jason Ingram will officiate the service.

The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff of Baxter Health in Mountain Home, particularly those on the 4th floor and in the ICU on the 2nd floor, for the compassion and excellent care they provided to Mr. Francis and his family.

Arrangements are entrusted to Mountain View Funeral Service.
