Roger D. Beck, of Grubbs, Arkansas, departed this life on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the age of 73. He was born on November 7, 1952, in Gobbler, Missouri, the son of Brice and Eudean (Poss) Beck.
Mr. Beck attended Westside High School. He married the love of his life, Miss Marie Keller, on June 8, 1989, and together they have built a wonderful life over the years. Mr. Beck farmed and drove a truck for Ragsdale Trucking. He was a member of the Weiner First Assembly of God.
Mr. Beck enjoyed spending his time fishing and also watching westerns all day long. He also loved spending time outside, gardening, growing and tending to his rose bushes, and watching the hummingbirds.
Mr. Beck was preceded in death by two brothers, Ervin Beck and Brison Beck; a sister, Brenda Lee Beck; and his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Marie (Keller) Beck, of the home; four sons, Roger Dale Beck, Jr. and wife, Judy, of Light, Arkansas, Jeffery Beck and wife, Toni, of Walnut Ridge, Gary Wayne Fears and wife, Jess, of Grubbs, and Frank Lowe and wife, Cindi, of Tuckerman; a daughter, Sarah Bennett and husband, Matthew, of Grubbs; one brother, Harold Wayne Beck and wife Melony, of Tuckerman; twenty-four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one on the way; a host of nieces and nephews; a special family friend, Teresa Tinsley; his beloved dog, Delta Rose Beck; and a lifetime of friends.
Memorial services for Mr. Beck will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 17, 2025, at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Carl Neal officiating. A visitation will follow the service until 8:00 p.m.
Honorary pallbearers are Kenny Crider, Eric Delk, Tommy Bradley, Shad Chambliss, Juan Lopez, and James Roan.
