
Billy Max Warren, age 64, of Diaz, departed this life on Saturday, November 22, 2025. He was born in Newport, Arkansas, on December 31, 1960, to Max Rudolph and Velma Jean (Guffey) Warren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Karen Bradley.
Billy Max dedicated 32 years of his career to Norandal Rolling Mill, where he retired as a production supervisor. He was known for his strong work ethic and leadership. Outside of work, Billy Max found great joy in the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and camping. He cherished the time spent in nature, often sharing these passions with friends and family.
A devoted member of Jacksonport Baptist Church, Billy Max served as Chairman of Deacons, Training Union Director, teacher, and Logistics Team Leader with Samaritan’s Purse. His commitment to his faith and community was evident in his tireless service and compassion for others.
Billy Max grew up in Newport, where he developed a deep appreciation for family, hard work, and the simple joys of life. Throughout his years, he was known for his warm spirit, friendly nature, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. Billy Max touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity.
He will be remembered for his integrity, sense of humor, and devotion to his family and friends. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His presence will be greatly missed, but his memory will be cherished forever.
He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Kim Warren of the home; his son, Dustin Eric Warren (Katy) of Newport; his daughter, Megan Amber Williams of Conway; his brother, Michael Warren (Cynthia) of Newport; his sister, Vickie Dingman (Jim)of Jacksonport; his grandchildren, Jayla Williams, Isaiah Warren, Jazzmyn Williams, Ezra Warren, Asher Warren, Aaron Warren, Jaxson Mullins, and Jayce Jones; and a host of family, friends, and his church family.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Steve Clark, Bobby Reid, Kenny Dingman, Michael Warren Jr., Isaiah Warren, and Cloys Warren Honorary pallbearers are Norandal Employees.

Service will be at 2:00 on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Watson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
