Mildred Lorene Fringer of Southside, AR, died on January 14, 2026. Mildred lived an amazing 100 years. She was born on April 10, 1925, in Pfieffer, AR, to the late William Calvin Cummings and Agnes (Milligan) Cummings. Mildred was of the Christian faith and served the Lord in life and in worship as a member at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Southside. She enjoyed travelling in earlier years with her late husband, Robert Wood Fringer, who died in 2022 at the age of 97.
Mildred is reunited in Heaven with her loving husband, Robert Fringer; her daughter, Judy Fringer; her brother, Vernon Cummings; and her sister, Mary Bangs. She is survived by her brother, Paul Cummings; her 2 sisters, Melda Thomas and Mae Shelton; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. There will be a graveside service, officiated by Brad Cumnings, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10 AM at Roselawn Cemetery north of Batesville. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Billy Cummings, Bobby Cummings, Brian Cummings, Johnny Thomas, and Danny Thomas.
