
The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for its 2026 Leadership Batesville program, a competitive leadership development and community engagement initiative aimed at preparing participants to serve Independence County.
Presented by Citizens Bank, the nine-month program is designed to equip emerging leaders with skills, relationships and insight to address local challenges and strengthen the community.
Participants will take part in interactive discussions, hands-on learning experiences and collaboration with community leaders to gain a deeper understanding of Independence County and develop strategies for meaningful community impact.
The program is open to highly motivated individuals interested in expanding their leadership potential and engaging with local businesses, organizations and leaders. Priority will be given to Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce members. Graduates join an alumni network focused on strengthening the region.
