
Patricia Gail Carter, 71, of Sidney, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Cave City. She was born on January 16, 1955, in Batesville, Arkansas to Dean and Doris Mynatt. She was a farmer and of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed time spent doing puzzles, playing pitch and cooking for others. She also enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Billy “George” Carter.
She is survived by her son Brian Carter and wife Kim of Cave City, AR; her daughters, Brandy Bradley and husband Travis of Cave City, AR and Kristi Reed of Prineville, OR; her brothers, Danny Mynatt, Benny Mynatt and Billy Mynatt of Sidney, AR; four grandchildren, Bricen Carter and Clara Bradley both of Cave City, AR, McKenzie Crowson of Monroe, OR and McKayla Jasa of Culver, OR; one great-grandchild, Jackson Jasa; and several nieces and nephews; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Cave City First Assembly of God church with Bro. Bobby Sanders and Dr. Jim Chambers are officiating. Burial will follow in the Milligan Campground Cemetery in Strawberry.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.
Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Homes.
Pallbearers will be Bart Schulz, Brandon Schulz, Jared Downing, Scott Bailey, Frankie Bailey, Dale Williams, Tony Williams and Brett Love.
Honorary pallbearers are Candi Richardson, Mandi Milligan, Jeff Mynatt, Curtis Mynatt, Cody Mynatt, Phillip Garner, Karl Garner, Tim Carter and the Sidney Card Players.
