Cleburne and Independence counties will join forces to host the third annual Cattlewomen’s Bootcamp on March 12-13, offering a hands-on learning experience focused on cattle production and management.
The two-day event will take place at the University of Arkansas Research Station in Batesville and Chimney Rock Cattle Company in Concord.
According to a release, the bootcamp is designed for all levels of cattle experience and provides practical demonstrations to help participants gain confidence in managing a cattle operation.
The Friday night keynote speaker will be Katey Jo Anthony Rasberry, winner of Season 2 of “Ultimate Cowboy Showdown.” Rasberry brings real-world experience as a rancher and leader, serving as a role model for women in agriculture.
