FNBC is serving as a co-presenting sponsor of the 2026 Arkansas Pie Festival, joining fellow Sharp County-based Bank of Cave City in supporting one of the state’s most anticipated community events. The festival will take place April 25 in Cherokee Village.
FNBC has been a leading sponsor of the Arkansas Pie Festival since its inception in 2019 and remains a dedicated supporter of the Spring River Innovation Hub, the beneficiary of festival proceeds, according to the financial institution. The event celebrates Arkansas’ rich pie-making tradition while raising funds for STEAM — science, technology, engineering, art, and math — education in the region.
“Events like the Arkansas Pie Festival bring people together in a meaningful way by celebrating tradition and community,” said Molly Day, FNBC senior vice president and chief marketing officer. “We’re proud to continue our support alongside the Bank of Cave City and to invest in initiatives like the Spring River Innovation Hub that are creating impact in Sharp County.”
The Arkansas Pie Festival has quickly grown into a statewide attraction and was inducted into the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame in 2025. It will again serve as an official qualifying event for the World Food Championships. The festival’s champion will earn a “Golden Ticket,” securing a spot in the dessert category at the international competition later this year.
Festival attendees can enjoy pie tastings and competitions featuring commercial bakers, home chefs, and students, along with live entertainment, food trucks, a Pie Day 5K, and family-friendly activities.
FNBC’s continued partnership reflects its longstanding commitment to strengthening the communities it serves and supporting initiatives that empower the community.
