Salem Praise and Worship Fellowship, located at 682 West Hwy 62 in the former Skyvue Center, will welcome The Sound to Salem on Sunday, Aug. 13, at 6 p.m.
According to a Salem Praise and Worship Fellowship release, The Sound is a Dove Award-winning gospel band featuring Rob Mills and his sons, Levi and Jacob.
The release said The Sound’s “…distinct, country-pop inspired music has captured the attention and affection of fans around the world. They’ve performed live for thousands and, through television and social media, have entertained millions.”
The Sound’s latest album, God is Real, received a Dove Award for Country Album of the Year in 2022.
