Tony Lane Goodwin, age 50, passed away peacefully and went home to be with the Lord on February 13, 2024, in Charlotte, Arkansas. He was born on June 8, 1973 in Crossett, Arkansas. He resided in Berryville, Arkansas where he was of the Baptist faith. He was a master carpenter and his love for the outdoors was only rivaled by his passion for playing his guitar and singing. He found solace and joy in the simplicity of nature and cherished moments spent with his family. He was the heart and soul of every gathering. To him, every person he encountered was a brother or sister from another mother, a testament of his boundless capacity for love and compassion. If you knew him, you loved him. His spirit and legacy will forever resonate among those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Tony is survived by his mother, Lynda Sullivan of Berryville; his father, Donnie (Sylvia) Goodwin of Lake Village; his son, Lukas Lane Goodwin of Eureka Springs; his daughter, Isabella Kay (Ramone) Ciricuti from Branson, MO; his grandchildren, Theodore, Declane, Adeleah, Evelyn, & Cora; his brother, Greg (Kelly) Goodwin; his sister, Rainey (Ernie) Yeager; his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Nora, Amanda, Maggie, Dillon, Kodee, Jacob, Charlie, Ernie, Sully & Maddie; great nieces and nephews, a host of family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his step-father, Robert Sullivan; his maternal grandpa, Jimmy Ballard; and his paternal grandparents Henry and Verna Goodwin.
There will be a celebration of life at the Valley View Baptist Church in Eureka Springs, Arkansas on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 10 AM. In Lieu of flowers and in remembrance of Tony’s life, the family asks for charitable donations to be made to John 3:16 Ministries.
