Brenda Kay (Oldman) Cantrell, 65, departed this life Friday, September 6, 2024, at her home on Jeanette Street in Harrisburg.
She was born in Payneway, Arkansas on September 10, 1958, the daughter of John and Lola (Daurgty) Oldman and they have preceded her in death. She was also preceded by two sons: John Willis and Bobby Willis, and three sisters: Linda Settlemire, Ruby Barnhill and Glenda Oliver.
Brenda worked at convenience stores as a cook and cashier for most of her adult life and cared for her family. She attended Hillside Pentecostal Church in Harrisburg, and enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening, puzzles, and shopping. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Brenda is survived by one son, Jason Willis of Cherry Valley, one daughter, Cindy Bass of Pocahontas, one brother, Johnny Oldman of Bay, two sisters: Tammy Oldman and Carolyn (Oldman) Clevland, and four grandchildren.
Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition.
Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
