Mitchell Burkhart, 61, of Pangburn, Arkansas, departed this life Monday, September 15, 2025, at his home. Mitchell was born January 28, 1964, in Santa Ana, California, the son of Ted and Linda (Pate) Burkhart. Mitchell has retired from Valero after 23 years of service.
He married Sherry Womble on September 26, 2015, and they have enjoyed 11 years together.
He is survived by his parents, his wife, one son, Adam (Nicole) Burkhart of Portland, Tennessee, three daughters: Amber (Justin) Johnson, Hannah (D. J.) Bates, and Whitney (Joey) Hollenbeck, one sister, Marchelle Lashley. and 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, 12:00 noon until service time at 1:00 P.M. Funeral Service will start at 1:00 P.M. with Mr. Chris McFadden conducting the service and Hannah Bates will speak.
Active Pallbearers will be D. J. Bates, Darryl Bates, Marion Love, Chris McFadden, Mark McFadden, and Greg McFadden.
Interment will be in Fisher Cemetery.
