Bill Monroe Burns, 58, of Mountain View, Arkansas, was born on April 17, 1967, in Calico Rock, Arkansas, to Yonna Ausborn and Calvin Burns. He passed away to be with Jesus on September 13, 2025. He will be deeply missed by all the loved ones he has gone ahead of.
Bill lived a life that will always be remembered by those whose lives he touched during his 58 years on earth. His legacy continues through the many family members and friends who were part of his extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Betty (Heidi) Burns.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of twenty years, Nichol (Nikki) Burns; four daughters, Tereasa Corter of Missouri, Felicia Burns of Newport, Arkansas, Angel Burns of Mountain View, Arkansas, and Angela (Burns) Flanery of Mountain View, Arkansas; and one adopted daughter, Marsha Wilson of Mountain View, Arkansas. Bill’s family also includes numerous brothers and one sister, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as 13 grandchildren. He also leaves behind his two best friends, Scott Wilson and Charles Hagler.
Family and close friends will gather for a private memorial service to honor Bill’s life.
