Anne E. “Beth” Gaither, 94, of Cave City, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Cave City. She was born July 22, 1931, in Grange, Arkansas to Marvin and Anne (Hoggard) Simpson. She was a retired dental assistant. She worked for Dr. Beller for many years. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed flowers.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rex Gaither; one daughter, Kathy Sue Gaither; and two sisters, Birteen Kerr and Glinden Cowan.
She is survived by her nieces, Annettea Shreve of Cave City, Mary Jane McSpadden of Cave City and Florena Weaver (Terry) of Georgia; and one nephew, Keith Kerr (Shelley) of Oregon; along with other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville under the direction of Qualls Funeral Homes.
Visitation will be on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
