Roger Eugene Thorn, 59, of Harrisburg, Arkansas, departed this life at his residence in Harrisburg on December 23, 2025. Roger was born September 14, 1966, in Harrisburg, Arkansas the son of Jack D. and Dorothy Nadine (Norris) Thorn.
His parents have preceded him in death. Roger was of the Baptist faith, graduated from Harrisburg High School, and enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by three brothers: John Ray Rorex of Harrisburg, Jackie D. (Jude) Thorn of Jonesboro, and Earnest Muriel (Kendra) Thorn of Tuckerman, four sisters: Mary Ann Griffin, Judy (Jerry) Griffin, Diana Lynn Chartier, and Sherry (Rod) Bouland all of Harrisburg, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private service later. Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
