The Southside Southerners dominated the Stuttgart Ricebirds Friday night at Stewart Field leading 28-7 at the half before pulling away for a 43-21 win to move to 3-1 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.
Larkin Jones had two touchdowns.
Braden Jones, Brendan Frazier, Alex palmer each had one score and Payton Walls had a 33-yard fumble return for a touchdown for the Southerners.
The Southerners are on the road next week to take on Riverview in their next conference matchup.
