In less than five minutes today, the Batesville City Council convened in a special meeting to consider a resolution approving the assignment of the lease of property known as “The Lockhouse.”
The property, where Josie’s Steakhouse operates, is owned by the city of Batesville.
The assignment of lease of the property the council approved was from Steve Carpenter Property Management, LLC to RBMJ Leasing, LLC.
