Stone Bank has pledged $20,000 to help fund the Mountain View School District mobile phone app and the construction of a new agricultural education barn on the Mountain View Campus. As part of the sponsorship, the school will add the bank’s name to its agriculture building.

“We are proud to have our name on the ag building,” said Kendall Stubbs, branch manager at Stone Bank in Mountain View. “As one of Arkansas’s leading poultry lender, we’re happy to do anything we can to support that industry in Stone County.  A lot of the students that will be using the ag building are already working on family farms, hopefully, this facility will help them with even more needed hands-on experience. Anything we can do to help our local schools is a high priority for Stone Bank.”

“It is critical that corporate partners like Stone Bank stay involved by supporting the schools and our common goal to provide a premium education to our students,” said Mountain View School District Superintendent Brent Howard.
