Lisa Jo (Nail) Ballard, 61, of Cushman died Aug. 20, 2021.
She was born Feb. 18, 1960, in Batesville to Buddy and Joyce (Wood) Nail.
Lisa graduated from Cushman, where she excelled in basketball, in 1978 and worked at White Rogers for 15 years. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and cherished her pets.
Survivors include her significant other, Norma Cooper of Cushman; her twin sister, Teresa Nail of Cushman, and two other sisters, Carla Gaston of Batesville, and Susan McConnaughhay (Ken) of Searcy; lifelong friend, Kay Barnes, as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021, at Cushman Assembly of God at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Steve Gunther officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
