WRMC’s Schaufler named ‘Stroke Champion’

Charity Schaufler (pictured above), RN, Stroke Program Nurse Facilitator for White River Medical Center and the WRMC Medical Complex Cherokee Village, was named the 2021 Stroke Champion for the North-Central Region at the 2021 UAMS Institute for Digital Health & Innovation Stroke Program Conference.

Schaufler was one of only three individuals in the state to receive this honor.

Stroke Champion awards are given based on nomination by their peers for role modeling excellent clinical performance, program participation, leadership, and collaboration.
