Obituary: Vivian Louise “Taylor” Anderson Fecker

Vivian Louise “Taylor” Anderson Fecker was born April 1, 1930, in Sikeston, Mo. to William T. Taylor and Nannie Adelaide Taylor, and passed away May 15, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.

Vivian and KC Anderson were married on November 25, 1946, spending 33 wonderful years together before his death in 1980.

She was a member of Concord Baptist Church, Concord, Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and father of her children, K. C. Anderson, her second husband, Joseph Fecker, a sister, Bettie Lou Taylor, three brothers, William A. Taylor, James
Taylor and Donald Taylor, and two grandsons, Kevin Anderson and Timothy Anderson.

Vivian is survived by three sons, Bradford Glen Anderson of Batesville, David Anderson and wife, Karen, of Newport, Danny Anderson and wife, Charlene, of Concord, three daughters, Kathy King and husband, Clifford of Cabot, Janice Howell of Concord, and Sherri Gansz and husband, Richard of Lincoln, 17 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

She is known for her “chicken & dumplings, raising a garden and growing all kinds of flowers, sewing, quilting and her love for her family. Her favorite saying to each family member was “I love you and you’re precious” ensuring each person felt special.

Friends may visit at the funeral home, Wednesday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel, with interment at Watson Cemetery.
