The Independence County Library will welcome David C. McKinney for “An Evening with the Author” on Tuesday, March 12, at 6 p.m.
McKinney, a local author, will discuss and read from his 2023 book, “Industry.” The book focuses on stories passed down from McKinney’s grandmother involving his ancestors, the Englehart Clan, and their migration from Germany.
Light appetizers will be served, and McKinney will sign copies of “Industry.”
