Arkansas State Police say a Floral man died Saturday after a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 67 in rural White County.
According to the fatality report, Eric Howard, 45, was traveling north in his 1999 Ford Explorer in the area of the U.S. 67 32-mile marker when he changed lanes and exited the roadway to the left. The Explorer then entered the median and began to overturn.
The report noted the weather was clear, and the road was dry at the time of the accident, which was listed as 2:28 p.m.
According to state police, the accident was the 88th highway fatality of 2024.
