Obituary: Albert Lee Robinson

Albert Lee Robinson, 70, of Cave City, departed this life on Monday, May 18, 2026, in Batesville.  He was born in Drew, Mississippi, to Willie Robinson and Henrietta Groce Robinson.

Albert loved farming and being outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing and farming the rice fields. He was a farmer for most of his life. He enjoyed watching westerns, especially the television show, Gunsmoke.

He was a member of the Testament of the Faith Church in Batesville.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Albert Lee Robinson, Jr. of England, Arkansas; his daughters, Lashanda (Harrison) Henderson, of Cave City, and Sabrina Robinson, of Helena, Arkansas; his brother, Robert Robinson, of Chicago; his sisters, Marie Fountain, Ollie Robinson, Dorothy Robinson, and Monica Moore, all of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Tiyah, Lemark, Christopher, Marktavion, Da’vontrel, Damariona, Timya; two great grandchildren; his brother-in-law, Jerry Lee Broom and wife Pat; his sister-in laws, Annie Brewer, Willie Mae Campbell, Gladys Robinson; and special friends, Ivory and Odessia Gaston; several nieces; nephews; and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Doty Southside Funeral Service, 2180 Batesville Blvd. In Southside with Pastor Odessia Gaston officiating.
