It looks as if the paving on 20th Street in Batesville will be wrapping up after a full day of work on Tuesday. That’s the word from Mark Lamberth, president of Atlas Asphalt, the company in charge of the project.
So tomorrow, drivers can again expect one-lane traffic between Myers and Harrison on 20th, the street that goes by the Batesville Community Center complex in east Batesville.
Lamberth told White River Now this morning that if motorists can, it would be a good idea to use an alternate route tomorrow, adding a reminder that the public should remember emergency vehicles have the right-of-way, and a motorist is required by law to yield to them.
