Arrest warrants have been issued for two Independence County residents accused in circuit court with two violations of the law.

The warrants are for Ludovic Edger Cooper Jr. and Sasha Renee Vance, 30.

The circuit court information says the two were involved in the use of a stolen debit card that was used four times at an ATM.  The court record said the total usage of the card was for $1,540.

Cooper Jr. and Vance are each charged with one count of Theft by Receiving and one count of Fraudulent Use of a Debit Card.  Both charges are felonies.

Cooper Jr. has been placed on a $10,000 bond and Vance on a $7,500 bond.

Law enforcement has requested Vance be prosecuted as a Habitual Offender since she had previously been convicted of two felonies.
