Misty Michelle Messer Vazquez, 43, of Batesville, AR passed away Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021.

She was born Jan. 21, 1978, in Perry, OK to James Lee Messer Sr. and Gail Lynette (Vincent) Bunch.

She was a long-time employee of Peco Foods. She enjoyed traveling and loved the Arkansas Razorbacks. She loved life and lived it to the absolute fullest. Misty never met a stranger and she left a lasting impression on everyone that she met. Her son Cameron turned her world, in Misty’s eyes he hung the moon and the stars. Everything she did and worked for was to give him the best life possible. He was her heart and soul.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Lee Messer Sr, Gail Lynette (Vincent) Bunch, and J.E. Bunch.

Survivors include one son, Cameron Josue Campos of the home; two brothers James Messer Jr. (Jennifer) of Burgaw, North Carolina; Ken (Naylon) Vidrine of Houston, Texas; one sister Armenia Goodell (Chris) of Houston, Texas. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is also survived by her friends that have turned into the family: Vickie Wilson, Carrie Martinez, Keri Tate, and Amanda Tugwell, and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers include Jeff Barnett, Juan Cardona, David Crabtree, Lucas Guinnip, Derek Hatler, Larry Jones, Ronnie Terrants, and Phillip Terry.

There will be a visitation held Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, at Willis Funeral Service from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Misty’s funeral service will be held the following Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, at Willis Funeral Service at 2 p.m. with intermit to Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
