Ronald Edwin Everett, 81, of Newport departed this life on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. He was born Feb. 1, 1940, to Ed Everett and Pursha (Kern) Nash.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Ronald Everett, Jr., and one daughter, Christy Mardjuki.
Ronald’s favorite hobby was playing golf. He loved his dogs but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Mollie Everett of the home; one son, Kevin Everett of Newport; two daughters, Leslie Fong and Jill Pope both of California; one sister Mary Ann Kay of California; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:00 Friday at Cheshier Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Dillinger Funeral Home.
